To change your shipping address for future shipments, please refer to your welcome email to access the appropriate login link you were assigned (varies based on location and prescription choice) and follow the instructions below for the corresponding login link.

United States

If you signed up after 2024-11-04, use this login link https://portal.direct-meds.com/
  1. Enter your account email and password
  2. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  3. Click "My Profile"
  4. Click "Edit Address"
  5. Enter your new shipping address
  6. Click "Update address"
If you signed up on or before 2024-11-04, use either this login link https://app.direct-meds.com/user or https://hub.direct-meds.com/user
  1. Enter your account email and password
  2. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  3. Click "My Prescriptions" on the left
  4. Click "Manage Prescription"
  5. Scroll down to "Shipment address and click "Edit shipping address"
  6. Enter your new shipping address
  7. Click "Update address"

Canada

  1. Enter your account email and password
