You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships which will include your tracking information.

To track your order in your patient portalplease refer to your welcome email to access the appropriate login link you were assigned (varies based on location and prescription choice) and follow the instructions below for the corresponding login link.

United States

If you signed up after 2024-11-04, use this login link https://portal.direct-meds.com/
  1. Enter your account email and password
  2. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  3. Click "Shipments"
  4. Tracking information will be located on the right-hand side of your order/shipment once it is available
If you signed up on or before 2024-11-04, use either this login link https://app.direct-meds.com/user or https://hub.direct-meds.com/user
  1. Enter your account email and password
  2. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  3. Click "My Prescriptions"
  4. Click "View order details"
  5. Tracking information will be located on the right-hand side once your order has shipped

Canada
