How do I place an order? (New Customers)

To place an order, please follow these steps:
  1. Visit https://direct-meds.com
  2. Complete the health qualifier (should only take 5 minutes)
  3. Select your preferred prescription
  4. Your card will be pre-authorized only to secure inventory & telemed appointment
  5. Complete medical intake form by logging into your direct meds patient portal
  6. Your doctor is expected to review your chart within 24 hrs and often less than 5 hrs.
  7. Once approved, our FDA pharmacy will ship your medication using 2-day Fedex
