To edit your account/profile information, please refer to your welcome email to access the appropriate login link you were assigned (varies based on location and prescription choice) and follow the instructions below for the corresponding login link.

If you signed up after 2024-11-04, use this login link https://portal.direct-meds.com/
  1. Enter your account email and password
  2. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  3. Click "My Profile"
  4. Click "Edit Profile"
  5. Edit your first name, last name, phone number, and/or email address
  6. Click "Update Profile"
