I placed my order, now what do I do?
Access your patient portal and answer a few questions for the doctor:
Just like a doctor's visit you’ll need to complete a simple health history which will be securely stored in your patient portal. You’ll first need to create your login.
You will also receive an email (check your spam/junk filters) with further details on how to set your password for the first time you login or you can just reset it now by accessing the portal you were assigned (varies based on location and prescription choice) to in your welcome email and clicking on "forgot password."
Please refer to your welcome email to access the appropriate portal, but here are the "forgot password" links for each of our current portals.
Once You Are Logged in:
- You’ll automatically start the medical intake form (if not automatically directed, click on the "Complete Intake" button).
- If you have any problems with the contact form, contact our HIPAA trained customer service reps immediately - (888) 696-7176.
- Your doctor will review your intake form within 24 hrs (often less than 5 hrs) and contact you if there are any concerns.
- Your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy once your prescription has been approved.
